Returns:

Damaged item? Contact us and send us a picture of your damaged item. Can only be reported 48 hours after delivery. You can choose to have another item delivered or to get a refund. We will arrange the shipment to get the item returned to us (only within Indonesia).

Wrong size? Contact us about a size exchange and you can return the item back to us (shipping cost is on the client). Once we receive the item we will process your new item)

We do not refund/exchange items that are reported damaged more than 48h after delivery. Returns can only be done 7 days after delivery of your item.
