We have standard sizing going from XS to L. Some of our items are unisize, which fits a size S - M.

We can also offer custom sizing personalised to your measurements. Contact us if you're interested.

We ship internationally from Bali.

We have items that are in stock and certain items are made on demand (please check product page).

For ready made items: after you place your order, we will process it and notify about your shipment 24h after your order.

For made on demand: after you place your order, it takes approximately 2 weeks to create your item. Once finalized it will be sent to you and arrive based on the shipping times below.

Shipping in Bali: FREE, Next day

Shipping in Indonesia: FREE, 3-7 working days

Rest of World: $7, 7-21 days

Sutura Studio is based in Bali, Indonesia. All items are shipped from that destination and depending on your delivery address, this might lead to your order incurring duties & VAT.

Note that payment of duties and taxes are charged to the client upon delivery of your items. These costs are NOT included in the price paid when purchasing your items. By law we are obliged to state the correct sales price to customs and we will always add an invoice to your package.

We gladly accept qualifying returns for refund or store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt.

Qualifying returns must be from domestic Indonesia orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. Shoe returns must be in original, undamaged box. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

International orders, jewelry, undergarments, marked-down styles, and any other style listed as such in the product description are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt and will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Sutura Studio holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.

You can begin your return by filling out the Return Form.

Once submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email and a flat return and restocking cost of $5 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount.

We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return receipt. You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued. Please take care when packaging your return to best avoid any damage during transit and include order form in the return box.

We gladly accept qualifying returns for store credit issued in the form of a LM gift card if requested within 7 days of receipt.
